Return And Refund Policy

ALL BODY ENVY PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE

All purchases made through Body Envy are final sale. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, buyer's remorse, or change of mind purchases. This includes exchanges for a different size of the same item.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. If you are unsure about your size, please message us before you order and we will gladly help you choose.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your order, please contact us at info@getbodyenvy.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our support team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policy.

When the error is ours, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we will refund your original shipping charge as well. Shipping fees are otherwise non refundable.

Body Envy is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections, color preferences, or buyer's remorse. We strongly encourage customers to contact us with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure the best fit and experience.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMO CODES

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be stacked or combined. This includes influencer codes, welcome offers, and rewards codes.

Free shipping applies to United States orders only, on full price orders of $250 or more. It does not apply to international orders, including Canada, and it does not apply when a discount code is used. If a code is applied to your order, the free shipping offer no longer applies and standard shipping rates will show at checkout. You are welcome to use whichever saves you more, the discount code or the free shipping.

If a refund is approved on an order placed with a discount code, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid after the discount, not the original full price.
