super snug I mostly wanted it for back support and fixing my posture. the best part is the different level hooks. Love it would like it a little taller for my torso but hopefully we get the full vest one day

I ordered an XL waist trainer, but unfortunately, it did not fit as expected and does not appear to be true to size. I tried it on the same day it arrived and promptly reached out to your customer service team for assistance. I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost of sending the new replacement waist trainer back to me.

Despite following the return instructions and confirming that the item has been sent back, I have yet to receive any updates regarding my return or the status of my exchange. I’ve followed up with your team but have not received a response.

I would appreciate a prompt update on this matter. If I do not hear back soon, I will be requesting a full refund. I trust your company values customer satisfaction and can resolve this issue swiftly.

I love it the only thing it runs too small. I wish I had order a large instead of medium. But it’s the best waist trainer I have owned so far.
