Shipping & Processing Policy

All orders placed with Body Envy require 48–72 business hours for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time begins once your order has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Processing time and shipping transit time are separate and should not be combined when estimating delivery.

Body Envy is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
