Shipping & Processing Policy

All orders placed with Body Envy require 48–72 business hours for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time begins once your order has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Processing time and shipping transit time are separate and should not be combined when estimating delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. While Body Envy is not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit, we will work with customers to assist in resolving issues related to lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages when applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Body Envy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
