Contact Us1. How do I join Body Envy Rewards?
Create an account at getbodyenvy.com and you are enrolled automatically. You earn 100 Envy Points just for signing up.
2. How do I earn points?
You earn Envy Points every time you shop, plus bonus points for joining, celebrating your birthday with us, and following us on Instagram. You also earn through referrals: give 15 dollars, get 15 dollars when a friend places their first order of 20 dollars or more.
3. How many points do I earn per order?
You earn 5 Envy Points for every 1 dollar you spend.
4. How do I redeem my points?
Every 100 Envy Points equals 1 dollar off. Redeem your points at checkout through your rewards account, where they convert into a discount on your order.
5. Can I use points on the same order I earned them from?
No. Points are added to your account after your order is placed, so they are available for your next purchase.
6. Do my points expire?
No, your Envy Points do not expire. They stay in your account until you are ready to use them.
7. Do reward codes expire?
No. Once you redeem points for a reward code, it stays valid until you use it.
8. Do birthday rewards expire?
Your birthday points are added to your account and do not expire. Make sure your birthday is saved in your rewards account ahead of time so we can celebrate you.
9. Can rewards be combined with discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, so reward codes cannot be stacked with other promo codes on the same purchase.
