I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I’ve spent over $1,000 with Jai, and this has been beyond frustrating.

First, there was no warning label indicating that the colors in the clothing could bleed. During the first launch, I purchased four full sweatsuits and had no issues washing them together. Based on that experience, I assumed it was safe to do the same with my second order, where I bought two more full sweatsuits in different colors. Unfortunately, the colors bled, ruining my camel set and leaving me with over $200 worth of damaged clothing. If there had been proper labeling or care instructions, this could have been avoided.

On top of that, I previously purchased a zip-up from the last drop and returned it. Your support team told me via Instagram that I would receive a refund back to my original payment method. However, after sending the item back, I received an email stating I would only be given store credit. I tried to follow up and request the original refund I was promised, but my messages were ignored. To make matters worse, I never received the store credit either… meaning I returned an item and got nothing in return.

Despite all of this, I continued to support the brand because I genuinely like the clothing. Before placing my second order, I even reached out asking if my previous store credit could be applied, and again, I was ignored across both email and Instagram.

At this point, I’m left with damaged items, no refund, no store credit, and no response from support. This is incredibly disappointing. At a minimum, there needs to be clear labeling on garments about potential color bleeding, especially at this price point. Customers should not be losing money due to a lack of basic care instructions or poor customer service.

Please address these issues and improve both your product labeling and customer support experience.

great quality .. great fit. love the waistband of this jacket and also that you can wear it unzipped from the bottom.. love wish i could get all colors
