It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve gotten a “your order is on the way” email. But when I track with ups they still haven’t received the package to deliver to me ! Over $200 I ordered 2 weeks before the event I wanted to wear the outfit to and still nothing! Emailed customer support twice with no response! I wanted to support the rebrand so bad but it seems like only influencers are their items on time and they probably aren’t even paying full price! She should pause the sale of more pieces until they catch up on orders! Also add a message on the site letting people know how backed up you are !
